ABOUT

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist working with couples, families, and individuals across a range of issues, including anxiety, autism, conflict, depression, infidelity, and trauma. I am provisionally-licensed in New York State and practice remotely state-wide and in-person in Syracuse and Rome.

Drawing from a background in music, teaching, and labor & community organizing, I seek to cultivate a space conducive to creativity, surprise, and moments of shared lightness and humor.

My approach is formed by training and dialogue with clinicians in Structural Family Therapy, Symbolic-Experiential Family Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Freudian/Lacanian Psychoanalysis.
